We're looking for an experienced Outsource Performance Manager to drive performance, compliance, and results across our external law firm and agency network. This role partners closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure strong KPI delivery, effective inventory placement, and high-quality service outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Own delivery of key operational and financial KPIs
  • Drive law firm and agency performance against SLAs and forecasted outcomes
  • Manage inventory placement strategies to optimize recoveries and control costs
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting and insights
  • Conduct audits and oversee call quality, collections, and vendor practices
  • Act as an escalation point for performance, settlements, and vendor issues
  • Support compliance, complaint resolution, and regulatory requirements
