  • Communicate administrative and visual display expectations to all team members, making certain they understand the impact of their performance on company success and the customer experience.
  • Visit stores in the regional area operations manager assigned area to identify successes and areas of opportunity. Partner with regional area operations manager and store managers to address and correct the root cause of any operational issues and celebrate success.
  • Provide recommendations to the Performance Manager - Recruiting/Training to develop training for store managers and team members in service standards, policies and procedures, and other administrative needs, creating operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor and respond to Net Promoter System performance and feedback and Customer Care concerns within the regional area operations manager assigned area, promoting positive experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide behavior-based feedback to the regional area operations manager for performance reviews and recommendations for merit increases.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on team member productivity, overall performance, and efficiency to recommend promotions or other changes in status.
  • Review and validate store audit expectations are being adhered to, with an increased emphasis on the repair process and diamond plotting.
  • Review and analyze daily sales receipts for mark-down irregularities; recommend corrective action to regional area operations manager.
  • Perform administrative and operational responsibilities as designated by the regional area operations manager.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of merchandise, including launch execution, visual display, and in-store signage.
  • Utilize the Visual Selling System to direct stores in proper visual display techniques, including component placement, set-up, merchandise prioritization that supports the banner merchandising and marketing initiatives and allocation of showcase space.
  • Responsible for leading all visual merchandising activities for any new store openings, remodels or repositions within the assigned area.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all visual merchandising processes and use of components, effectively trains all team members on visual merchandise techniques and expectations.

  • Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and of using basic computer software and hardware, with the ability to learn specific Company POS systems and store technology.

Salary Range: $70k - $90k - Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
