Job description

As the Performance Specialist, you will focus on measurable operational improvement, productivity, and profitability within assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will act as a trusted partner to collision center leadership by delivering PPG Collision Services, operational expertise, and performance-based solutions that strengthen long-term customer relationships and enhance PPG loyalty.
You will report to the Collision Performance Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Be a primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
  • Focus on existing main accounts with an emphasis on retention, growth, and performance improvement.
  • Partner with PPG sales, leadership teams, and distribution to align service efforts with strategic goals.
  • Complete all required Workday corporate training, maintaining full compliance with PPG requirements.
  • Ensure all assigned corporate learning, certifications, and compliance modules remain current.
  • Conduct structured KPI and performance reviews with important customers.
  • Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and agreed performance metrics.
  • Observe shop workflows and identify constraints improving productivity or profitability.
  • Be a trusted advisor by connecting operational improvements to measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with PPG sales, Strategic Account Manager, and distribution partners to ensure aligned customer messaging and support.
  • Through PPG's Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program, you'll have the flexibility to drive your own vehicle while receiving tax-advantaged reimbursement for fuel, insurance, and other eligible business-related vehicle expenses. The program is designed to provide a convenient, cost-effective alternative to a company vehicle while giving you greater choice and flexibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education preferred; comparable combination of education and experience may substitute.
  • 3+ years of related experience in customer service or sales support.
  • Demonstrated strength in fostering clear, collaborative communication at every organizational level.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, administrative, and follow up abilities.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency and familiarity with using a CRM/ERP.
  • Travel is required for the role.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, have access to a personal vehicle that meets PPG's Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program requirements, and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

The base salary range for this position is $51,000 to $70,000 USD, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 4.5% of base salary.
