Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to lead our dealership's parts department. This role focuses on managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service while supporting the dealership's overall success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering and stocking parts accurately and promptly.
  • Supervise and train parts department staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet their parts needs effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze parts sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to parts availability or service.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Promote OEM parts and accessories to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a parts department, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with dealership management software and computer applications.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving parts sales growth and department profitability.
