Operations Manager - Huntersville, NC

Stratus Clean Charlotte is currently looking for an Operations Manager for a fast-growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company that is applying professional approaches to our industry. Our unique program solves many of the major problems that facility and property managers face today. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the potential of an opportunity with dynamic growth who can mentor, coach, motivate and execute our program. The territory for this position is in Huntersville, NC area.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Build relationships with Stratus customers and Stratus business owners
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients
  • Coordinate the start-up of service to new customers
  • Facilitate transfers of service from one franchisee to another
Quote and sell onetime services to existing customers
  • Train new franchisees; coach and develop existing franchisees
Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees

Qualifications and skills:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
Bilingual: English & Spanish strongly preferred
  • Background in service industry, franchising, or janitorial operations is a plus (not required). No overnight travel. Occasional weekend and evening work.
