Location: Polk County, Florida (Lakeland & Winter Haven)

Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity of Up to 15%


Our client, one of the nation's most respected home care organizations, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager / Market Leader to oversee and grow its Polk County territory.


This is not a traditional operations management role.

Lead an Entire Market

This position carries full operational responsibility for the Polk County business, including revenue growth, profitability, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall operational success.


Full P&L Responsibility

The Operations Manager has complete profit-and-loss responsibility for the business unit, overseeing revenue growth, expense management, staffing performance, and financial results while driving accountability through KPIs and operational scorecards.
