Business Operations Coordinator
Oconto Falls, WI | Full-Time
Looking for more than just an office job?
Are you someone who enjoys wearing many hats, solving problems, and being at the center of everything that keeps a business running? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Are you looking for a career-not just a job-with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role?
If so, we'd love to meet you.
Manthei Wood Products is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our Oconto Falls team. This position is far more than administrative support-it is a cross-functional role that works with nearly every area of our business, including customer service, shipping, production, human resources, payroll, accounting, inventory, and office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning the business from the inside out and has the desire and potential to grow into a management position as the company continues to grow.
What You'll Do
As our Business Operations Coordinator, you'll help keep the business running smoothly by:
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, visitors, and employees.
  • Supporting customers by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Working closely with production to keep customer orders moving efficiently and on schedule.
  • Coordinating freight, logistics, export documentation, and shipping activities.
  • Assisting with payroll, onboarding, employee benefits, recruiting, and HR administration.
  • Processing invoices, credits, inventory transactions, and production reporting in NetSuite.
  • Supporting accounting, inventory management, and office operations.
  • Participating in process improvements and special projects that make our business better.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.
Why This Position is Different
This isn't a role where you'll perform the same task every day.
You'll gain exposure to nearly every function within our manufacturing operation and develop a broad understanding of how a successful business operates.
If you're someone who enjoys taking initiative, learning new skills, and making a meaningful impact, you'll find tremendous opportunity here.
As you grow your knowledge and demonstrate leadership, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and prepare for future leadership roles within our organization.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
  • Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Customer-focused and committed to providing outstanding service.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn every aspect of the business.
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work.
  • Interested in building a long-term career with growth potential.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related business, administrative, customer service, operations, or office management experience.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business technology.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Why Manthei Wood Products?
At Manthei Wood Products, you'll become part of a company built on teamwork, integrity, continuous improvement, and doing what's right. We believe our people are our greatest asset, and we invest in their growth and development.
If you're looking for a position where your ideas matter, your contributions are valued, and your career can grow, we'd love to hear from you.
