In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our

operational processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production,

supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous

improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent

leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies to

Responsibilities:

๏‚ท Lead and manage all aspects of our operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and

quality assurance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization.

๏‚ท Full ownership of 1 or more Value Streams.

๏‚ท Develop and implement operational strategies, goals, and initiatives aligned with the overall

business objectives.

๏‚ท Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and

optimize resource allocation.

๏‚ท Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized operating
