Job description

Salary: $60,000-$75,000

PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in New Orleans, LA Area!


    Schedule & Pay:

    • Monday - Friday
    • Salary + Benefits
    • $60,000-$75,000
    • PAID Weekly*


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the account (Cold Storage Warehouse)
    • Supervise and coordinate team members unloading containers + other assigned projects
    • Monitor workflow, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols
    • Train and coach staff on proper procedures, equipment use, and cold storage best practices
    • Maintain documentation and communicate any discrepancies or damages
    • Engage in routine problem-solving to navigate customer requests and workload fluctuations
    • Assist with recruiting and onboarding
    • Analyze Profit and Loss Statement
    • Collaborate with the Corporate Office on projects


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3 5 years of experience successfully supervising/managing a team towards set goals, objectives or service-level agreements
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a business environment; Experience with Microsoft Office
    • Ability to identify, hire and train talented team members
    • Experience reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), team development, and revenue projections
    • Effective leadership and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
