About the Role:

The Operations Manager at RHO RESIDENTIAL LLC will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects within our real estate and rental leasing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, adhering to company operational procedures and performance standards in a Multifamily Property Management Environment. The successful candidate will lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of high employee performance and engagement. The Operations Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Operations to contribute directly to the companyโ€™s growth and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role ensures that all operational activities align with organizational goals while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Some college in a related field such as Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, Etc.
  • 2 years experience in the Multifamily Leasing Industry.
  • Proven experience in team management and employee performance development.
  • Excellent organizational, computer and customer service skills.
  • Experience in Class A Luxury Apartment Building Leasing and or Management.
  • Ability to work some weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficient in Excel and Yardi.
  • CRM knowledge.
  • Experience in Class A Luxury Apartment Building management.
  • Previous experience working in a leadership role within a real estate or rental leasing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate employee performance to build a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Develop and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Implement cost control and cost reduction strategies to optimize operational budgets without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Lease and manage resident relations for new and existing customers.

Skills:
