Job description

We are now accepting applications for the following position:
OPERATIONS MANAGER - WAREHOUSE
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Recruits, hires, and trains new warehouse employees. Coaches, counsels, schedules and disciplines current warehouse employees as needed by enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Hands on experience with working in a fast-moving consumer goods warehouse environment.
  • Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives.
  • Prepares and implements production and quality plans based around customer service standards. Resolves problems and identifies trends.
  • Forecasts requirements, prepares annual budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions in order to meet financial objectives of the warehouse.
  • Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems.
  • Develops, implements, evaluates and enforces policies and procedures.
  • Develops processes for receiving product, utilizing equipment and managing inventory.
  • Develops and implements effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment and product handling.
  • Establishes, follows and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
  • Develops protection and access policies and coordinates security patrols to keep the property secure
  • Participates in ongoing education to update themselves and employees job knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of Five (5) years of management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods warehouse environment.
  • Experience implementing and managing virtual delivery protocols
  • Experience in Paperless invoicing systems and applications � Forklift certified. � A valid Cayman Islands Group 4 driver's license.
  • Ability to manage processes/processes.
  • Ability to manage and discipline team members effectively
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft suite.
  • Proven health and safety training.
  • Customer Services Focused.
  • Deadline-oriented.

Salary: CI$60,000 - CI$80,000 per annum
Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
Location: Grand Cayman
