The Operations Manager is responsible for driving exceptional client satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations and ensuring the timely, efficient, and profitable delivery of services in accordance with the company's contractual commitments. - Lead and oversee the day-to-day mitigation operations for water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other emergency restoration projects.

- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with IICRC standards, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable safety regulations.
- Schedule crews, equipment, and resources effectively to meet response time expectations, production goals, and client deadlines.
- Monitor job progress from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Review scopes of work, estimates, documentation, and job files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and insurance requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters, property managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements and achieve company goals.
- Oversee equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, fleet readiness, and warehouse organization to ensure operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while supporting hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.
- Enforce safety protocols, PPE requirements, and regulatory compliance across all jobsites and company operations.

- 5+ years of management experience within the restoration industry

- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate steps to continue continual self-development
