As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee business operations, drive performance, and ensure long-term success.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across all service lines, owning financial performance, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. This executive leader will collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals, streamline processes, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing divisions, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements and achieve company goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize scheduling, dispatch, inventory, and resource allocation
  • Lead and mentor managers and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, licensing requirements, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align operational goals with business growth
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce callbacks
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on operational performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Support expansion efforts, including opening new locations or service lines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related service industries
  • Proven track record of managing P&L and driving financial performance
  • Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multi-location operations and scale teams effectively
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
