Join the team at Patrick Allen Companies and help lead the growth of our Glass Division.
We are seeking a driven, organized, and client-focused Glass Division Manager to oversee operations, develop our team, and drive profitable growth within our commercial and residential glass business.
This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, delivering exceptional client experiences, and growing a division as if it were their own business.
Position: Glass Division Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Department Leadership & Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Glass Division
  • Lead and support estimators, project managers, installers, and technicians
  • Maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and profitability
  • Oversee project scheduling, staffing, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Improve division efficiency through systems, processes, and technology

Business Growth & Team Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Identify opportunities for new customers and expanded services
  • Build relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial clients
  • Support business development efforts and key client relationships
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and profitability

Client Experience
  • Ensure every client receives exceptional service from estimate to completion
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain a reputation for quality workmanship and reliability

Qualifications
  • Experience in the glass, glazing, construction, or related trades industry
