Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the management of all areas of production to produce and ship products and direct activities so that approved products are produced and delivered on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives. This role is responsible for driving a safety focused culture that uses manufacturing best practices and improvements throughout the production organization to meet the overall needs of the business. The Operations Manager will develop his supervisors and direct reports to build and maintain an organization that is a champion for safety, driving continuous improvement and motivated to maximize productivity and consistently meet production goals and metrics.
