Job description

RTD Talent Solutions is representing a premier Dental Implant Manufacturing Company that is currently seeking an Operations Manager. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent role. Based out of Miami, FL.

Our client is a global technology company specializing in digital implant prosthetics, with more than 20 years of experience. Founded in Spain, the company has successfully expanded into the U.S. market.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company, including order management, inventory control, logistics, and financial operations (A/R, A/P, invoicing). This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage processes end-to-end.

Must have 5+ years of Operations experience for this role. Experience in the Medical or Dental industry preferred, not required.

Responsibilities for this role:

  • Operations & Order Management: Oversee full order lifecycle.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, stock planning, and warehouse optimization.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Supervise shipping operations, manage carriers, ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee A/R, A/P, invoicing, and collaborate on financial reporting.
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Manage ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, Odoo) and improve workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop teams, define KPIs, and train staff.
