Peel Wood Fired Pizza is seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Manager who wants to grow professionally, contribute ideas, and help lead a high-performing team in a thriving upscale casual, full-service restaurant environment.
This unique cross-functional leadership role provides hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Chef while developing a complete understanding of restaurant leadership and business operations.

Position Overview
Our Operations Manager is trained to manage both the kitchen and dining room operations (Hybrid Manager). This role typically works two to three shifts each week in both front-of-house and back-of-house management positions, supporting the General Manager and Chef while helping drive operational excellence throughout the restaurant.
