Seeking a dedicated manager to oversee our daily operations, including supervising and leading an outbound operation, within an Amazon Distribution Center. You will be responsible for leading, guiding, and engaging a team that makes our operation possible. An important focal point will be encouraging, mentoring, and preparing your team to become the best leaders they can be.

Responsibilities:

  • Adjust staff schedules to accommodate fluctuating business needs.
  • Determine staffing levels based on business demand.
  • Leading and developing a team of 2-4 supervisors and 20-100 hourly associates.
  • Create work schedules based on business demand.
  • Provide staff with regular performance reviews.
  • Write reports on staff performance and efficiency.,Manage overtime costs and staffing levels.
  • Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed.
  • Building and delivering productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and discussing with Owner and Supervisors to balance labor.
  • Evaluating performance objectives and metrics to determine outbound productivity requirements to achieve customer time, accuracy, and quality expectations.
