Job description

Operations Manager Windansea Coconuts | San Diego, CA | Full-Time | Through September 30, 2026

About Windansea Coconuts

Windansea Coconuts is a San Diego-based experiential marketing company specializing in branded coconut activations for corporate events, conferences, and high-end private celebrations. We've served brands like Target, Bacardi, Intuit, Vuori, and Sun Bum. We move fast, we work hard, and every event we touch is a direct reflection of our brand.

The Role

This is a hospitality position at its core. We're looking for an Operations Manager who understands that the details make people feel special — and who goes above and beyond without being asked. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, hardworking environment and take full ownership of everything in front of you. This role runs the operational backbone of Windansea — from the warehouse to the event floor. If something isn't done right, this person owns it.

This is a full-time role through September 30, 2026 with the potential to continue beyond that date for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Own all warehouse operations — inventory, organization, equipment readiness, and laundry turnover between events
  • Brand every coconut to Windansea's exact specifications — this standard never slips, and if staffing falls short, you make sure it gets done yourself
  • Operate events on the ground from load-in to breakdown, ensuring every activation runs to the standard our clients expect

Compensation

$3,800 - $4,200/month

Qualifications

  • Based in San Diego
  • Personal SUV required
  • Background in luxury hospitality, events, or high-end service strongly preferred
  • A genuine drive to go above and beyond and make every guest feel special
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with weekends, long event days, and a fast-moving workload
  • Self-starter who takes ownership without being managed
