Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Excavation Company Manager to lead our excavation operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, business development, and team leadership to ensure the successful delivery of excavation services. Your proactive management and strategic planning will drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and foster growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all excavation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business opportunities, increase market share, and enhance service offerings.

Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Supervise project managers and field teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing workforce.

Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions for operational excellence.

Cultivate new client relationships through proactive sales efforts and maintain existing accounts by delivering exceptional service.

Monitor financial performance by managing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
