Job description

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities.


As a Manager of Operations, you will oversee and optimize the daily operational functions of a specific department or area, ensuring efficiency and goal alignment.
Every day you will manage and mentor staff, implement process improvements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, effectively managing resources and implementing data-driven improvements for organizational success.

  • Provides supervision, guidance, and support of all inventory and logistics functions
  • Manages inventory levels to assure that supplies are readily available for patient care
  • Works collaboratively with staff as necessary to coordinate contract implementation and product conversions
  • Supervises individuals including but not limited to: hiring, assigning work, evaluating performance, and providing feedback
  • Actively leads training, team huddles, and one-on-one coaching
  • Ensures inventory and logistics team provides a high level of service and accountability to clinical staff

Required

  • Bachelors Other and minimum of 3 years leadership experience, upon hire or
  • minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline, upon hire or
  • Masters Other and no experience, upon hire
