Work directly with executive leadership in a high-impact role bridging operations, compliance, and government affairs.
A growing professional services organization is seeking a Government Affairs Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional initiatives across affiliated entities.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do
  • Manage lobbying registrations and compliance reporting (federal, state, local)
  • Oversee vendor relationships, office operations, and lease agreements
  • Handle entity registrations, certifications, and renewals
  • Support client compliance filings and reporting deadlines
  • Partner cross-functionally on projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or government affairs
