We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who takes ownership, stays organized, and serves as the primary point of contact for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.
The Facilities Supervisor will oversee all facility maintenance activities, lead a team of maintenance technicians, and ensure that manufacturing operations are fully supported through effective preventive maintenance programs, repair management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all day-to-day maintenance needs for facilities
  • Perform routine building repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment checks
  • Handle everything from minor issues (light bulbs, leaks, salt application in winter) to larger projects (electrical repairs, plumbing, equipment troubleshooting)
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests or urgent situations
  • Coordinate and supervise outside vendors for specialized repair work
  • Maintain accurate logs of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities using our cloud-based system
  • Track timelines, follow through on all assigned tasks, and ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Monitor and manage cost-related aspects of maintenance and repair projects
  • Keep both facilities safe, compliant, and well-maintained
  • Submit weekly updates and status reports to leadership
  • Develop checklists, schedules, and maintenance standards for each building
  • Maintain strong quality control across both facilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance, warehouse maintenance, commercial facilities, construction, or a related trade
  • Strong understanding of warehouse/manufacturing building systems and preventative maintenance
  • Ability to handle a wide range of tasks — from simple daily upkeep to more advanced technical repairs
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Flexible availability for facility needs and occasional urgent situations
