Wind Operations Site Managerย 

As a Wind Operations Site Manager, you will oversee operations at our wind farm,ย ensuringย optimalย performance.ย You'llย be integral in decision-making, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. You will lead a team to keep the wind farm running smoothly, ensuring the delivery of clean energy to thousands ofย homes.ย Ifย you'reย ready to develop your skills and enhance your leadership abilities, this is the role for you.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Cultivate a safety-focused environment at the site and promote continuous improvement.ย 

  • Establishย meaningful connections with clients to meet contractual obligations.ย 

  • Facilitateย maintenance and support operations to enhance turbine efficiency.ย 

  • Manage service contract budgets and costs effectively, reaching specific targets and metrics.ย 

Requirements:ย ย 

  • 3+ years of experience in wind farm operations or relevant operations management experience.ย 

  • Experience in wind is helpful but notย required.ย ย 

  • Demonstratedย abilities in leadership and managing teams effectively.ย 

  • Extensive technical knowledge of maintenance practices.ย 

  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities.ย 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.ย 

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.ย 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent isย requiredย 

  • Proficiencyย in Excelย
