We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dealership sales team and help drive overall performance. The Sales Manager Trainee will work closely with dealership leadership to learn daily sales operations, team development, and deal management while building the skills needed to transition into a Sales Manager role. This is a hands on leadership role focused on supporting sales staff, working deals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning and developing new skills.
