Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the overall daytodayoperation of the facility, ensuring the site runs safely, efficiently, and incompliance with company and regulatory standards. This role leads warehouseoperations with a strong focus on productivity, quality, cost control, andsafety.
The position provides leadership to operations managers, supervisors, andhourly associates, while also supporting longterm operational strategy andworkforce planning. The Senior Operations Manager works closely with HR, IT,and Finance to achieve business goals and improve performance across theoperation.
Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement,and ensuring contract and quality management requirements are consistently met.This role oversees staffing activities such as hiring, training, development,scheduling, and performance management, in partnership with the HR team.
The Senior Operations Manager is also responsible for maintaining accurate timeand attendance, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment, and upholding5S workplace organization and safety standards. Inventory levels, stockaccuracy, and overall operational efficiency are continuously managed tosupport customer and business needs.
