Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Manager at our Martensville, SK location.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.

  • Manage capital projects from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, budget, and timeline requirements.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, development, and employee relations.

  • Ensure equipment, maintenance practices, and work environments meet all regulatory, corporate, and safety standards.

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement through training and process optimization initiatives.

  • Manage maintenance purchasing, parts inventory, maintenance documentation, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Certification, Engineering Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, including boilers, steam production, and HVAC.

  • Proven experience managing capital projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
