About Us

Celebration Station Baton Rouge is part of Five Star Parks & Attractions, one of the largest privately owned operators of family entertainment centers in the country. Our parks combine attractions, arcade games, food & beverage, and group events into a fast-paced environment where families come to have fun.

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who enjoys leading teams, running busy shifts, and creating great guest experiences.

This role is ideal for someone early in their management career who wants to grow into larger leadership opportunities within the company.

What You'll Do

As an Operations Manager, you’ll help lead the daily operations of the park while supporting a team across attractions, games, and guest services.

On a typical shift you will:

  • Lead daily operations across attractions, arcade, and guest service areas.
  • Supervise and coach a team of 10–14 employees during peak shifts.
  • Ensure attractions operate safely and efficiently.
  • Support team members and help maintain a positive, energetic work environment.
  • Step in to resolve guest concerns and ensure a great guest experience.
  • Conduct operational checks to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Assist with team training, scheduling support, and shift communication.
  • Support weekend operations, holiday periods, and special events.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal experience includes:

  • Restaurant or fast casual management.
  • Family entertainment centers.
  • Movie theaters or bowling centers.
  • Hospitality or high-volume guest environments.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ employees preferred.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Passion for customer service and creating a great guest experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available every weekend.
  • Ability to work up to 45 hours per week.
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
