Location: South Windsor, Manchester, Glastonbury, East Hartford & Ellington Territory
Pay: $35–$45/hour + Overtime + Performance Bonuses
Expected First-Year Earnings: $75,000–$110,000+

What You'll Do
  • Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
  • Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, controls, thermostats, zoning, and IAQ products
  • Perform system startup, testing, and quality verification
  • Ensure installations meet company standards and code requirements
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Mentor apprentices and junior installers
  • Maintain accurate job documentation
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, wiring diagrams, and startup procedures
  • Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • EPA Certification
  • S2, S1 or D2 Licenses
  • NATE Certification
  • Leadership or crew lead experience
  • Experience mentoring apprentices
