Our Prestige Beauty client based in Miami is seeking an experienced Spa & Boutique Manager! This unique opportunity is ideal for a proven leader with experience building high-performing teams and client development, driving sales, and delivering exceptional luxury client experiences. Overseeing both the spa and boutique, you will be responsible for business performance, operational excellence, team development, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and connected in the community. M ust have a passion for luxury skincare, wellness, and hospitality with the ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships, elevate service standards, and inspire a culture of excellence. This is an onsite role based in the Miami area. Our client prefers to meet candidates who are living in the area and have roots and connections there. (They are not offering relocation.)
  • Salary: $90-$100k
Responsibilities:
  • Own and lead the boutique's commercial performance, consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals, service targets, and key business metrics
  • Analyze performance data including traffic, conversion, treatment bookings, retail sales, and client retention to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Develop and execute local business-driving strategies that increase brand awareness, client acquisition, and spa utilization
  • Leverage clienteling tools and best practices to cultivate long-term client relationships, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business
  • Deliver an exceptional, highly personalized client journey that reflects the standards and values of the brand
  • Ensure every client interaction is thoughtful, elevated, and service-focused across both the spa and retail environments
  • Resolve client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Champion a hospitality-driven culture that consistently exceeds client expectations Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a best-in-class retail and spa team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and service excellence
  • Conduct ongoing performance conversations, development planning, and monthly coaching sessions
  • Ensure the team maintains expert product knowledge, treatment expertise, and a strong understanding of brand standards
  • Inspire and motivate employees to achieve both individual and team performance goals
  • Lead all day-to-day boutique and spa operations, ensuring seamless execution across all client touchpoints
  • Oversee treatment scheduling, therapist management, room readiness, service quality, and overall spa efficiency
  • Maintain operational excellence across opening and closing procedures, inventory management, housekeeping, and health and safety standards
  • Ensure accurate stock control, inventory replenishment, and shrink prevention practices
  • Manage POS systems, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique consistently reflects the luxury aesthetic of the brand
  • Represent the namesake of the brand at client events, VIP experiences, media activations, and industry functions
  • Partner closely with marketing teams to support local events, influencer engagement opportunities, and community partnerships that drive awareness and traffic
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience within luxury retail, spa, beauty, or hospitality environments
  • A proven history of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong commercial results
  • Deep knowledge of luxury skincare, wellness, and spa services, with a passion for client experience
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing sales performance, staffing, inventory, and operational excellence
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience interpreting KPIs, forecasting trends, and translating insights into action plans
  • Proficiency with modern retail, POS, booking, and inventory management systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed
