Spa Concierge – The Woodhouse Spa, Vintage Park

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming guest experience.
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, recommend services, and process payments.
  • Support the spa manager and therapists with daily operations.
  • Promote retail products and encourage guest retention by booking follow-up appointments.
  • Educate guests on spa amenities, services, and the Woodhouse experience.
  • Maintain guest preferences and assist with light cleaning and laundry.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience (spa experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills.
  • Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 45 lbs, and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and Monday–Saturday shifts.
  • Reliable transportation.
