Position Overview:
Ag Systems, Inc. is a locally owned company specializing in Valley center pivot sales and service, providing top-quality irrigation solutions to Central Kansas for over 50 years. The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, customer service, sales, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer service and technical support via phone and in-person interactions.
  • Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and forecasting to ensure availability.
  • Handle pricing, invoicing, and cost management for sales and services.
  • Supervise company personnel, subcontracted employees, and job efficiency.
  • Maintain building and yard operations, ensuring organization and safety.
  • Develop and execute cost-effective advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Generate and manage sales quotes for pivot systems, sprinkler charts, and repipe projects.
