  • Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to ensure environment, access controls, and telemetry support AI workflows and operational analytics.
  • Architect reusable patterns for modular expansion, enabling additional domains or functions to be onboarded efficiently over time.
  • Experience operating in security-conscious environments with disciplined documentation, change control, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Support the harvesting and refinement of solutions for internal KLSA product portfolio.
  • Ability to operate with minimal management oversight and maintain compliance in alignment to project requirements.
  • Ability to engage with, collaborate, and present to executive stakeholders (CFO), technical leaders (CDO), and mission leaders (Division Directors).
  • Maintain professional execution of project delivery while engaging with executive presence as all times.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe POPM, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent product management certification.
  • 15+ years of experience in product, program management for technology solutions (public-sector preferred), or delivery leadership for technology initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and large, complex projects
  • Prior delivery of AI, analytics, or data-driven products in secure or regulated environments (chatbots, search, knowledge assistants, or decision-support tools)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance eligibility (or comparable clearance) as required by the engagement.
  • Experience with project delivery in Federal Agencies which utilize secure networks, systems, and products.
