Working Title: Project Manager 3DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
12 + Months Contract

requires a Project Manager III under the FAST contract to provide senior-level project management support for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
The resource will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
This role ensures successful delivery of projects by maintaining alignment with DPS objectives, governance standards, and established project management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and communication components.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and execution of project activities.
• Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and status reporting to ensure clear communication and transparency.
• Manage project scope changes through formal change control processes and ensure governance compliance.
• Oversee vendor performance and deliverables when external contractors are involved.
• Ensure adherence to DPS policies, state procurement requirements, and FAST contract guidelines.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and administrative requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project closure activities, including final reporting, deliverable acceptance, and lessons learned documentation.
