Summary

The Project Manager's role is to plan, manage, execute, and close multiple IT projects and initiatives. In this role you will be the single point of contact for cb20's customers. You will be responsible for communicating issues and mitigating project risks through project management planning and processes. This role is responsible for managing and reporting on project financial health. This role reports within the Project Management Office.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.
  • Facilitate all aspects of stakeholder relationships
  • Own governance process and stakeholder updates
  • Function as the single point of contact for customers.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders, set expectations, and run project meetings.
  • Maintain project schedules, cost, and scope.
  • Identification of project risks and developing risk mitigation plans
  • Provide accurate and extensive project documentation including status reports, project plans and diagrams.
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications Requirements/Job Specifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree. CAPM or PMP certification.


Experience: Three years of project management experience, or equivalent, with at least two years managing IT projects.

Experience working with waterfall methodology and a strong understanding of project phases. Knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT business solutions. Demonstrated record of executing successful IT Infrastructure projects on-time and on-budget.


Standards: Ability to follow standards as outlined in the cb20 Company Manual.


Skills: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to use business judgement. Strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project and Smartsheet.

Working time: 40 hours/week. All other times as defined by the demands of the customers and department's needs.

Lifting: Typically, no lifting more than 15 lbs.
