Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions 
  • Utilize Aspire for: Scheduling, Job tracking, Estimating, Billing, Reporting, Workflow management 
  • Coordinate communication between field crews, Project Managers, the General Manager, customers, and vendors 
  • Maintain accurate job costing, contracts, work orders, and project documentation 
  • Support payroll processing and employee onboarding 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up 
  • Help ensure projects and office operations remain organized and efficient 
Qualifications

Required

  • Previous Business Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Administrative Manager experience within: Landscaping, Landscape Construction, Lawn Care, Green Industry
  • Hands-on experience using Aspire Landscape Software 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Spanish bilingual (English/Spanish)
