Hummus & Garlic is a fast-casual Mediterranean-inspired concept built on bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a passion for serving our community.

Our General Managers are the foundation of our success. In this role, you are the leader of the restaurant—the person who sets the tone, builds the culture, and ensures everything runs at a high level.

You are responsible for leading your team, driving results, and creating an outstanding experience for every guest. This position requires a strong passion for food, people, and leadership.
