Job Description: Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions' responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Take the CSR Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the CSR role.

Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role. Take Estimator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to ensure knowledge of the Estimator role. Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.

Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way. Education and/or Experience Required High School Diploma/GED required. College or Military background preferred.
