Operations Engineering Program Manager III
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an Operations Engineering Program Manager III in Nashville, TN. This role supports a global engineering team by focusing on vendor management, project coordination, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and program execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with an engineering background who can drive projects from planning through completion while partnering with vendors, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and drive project and program activities from initiation through completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships and facilitate vendor performance reviews and scorecards.
  • Lead weekly status meetings with project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Track milestones, timelines, risks, and project deliverables.
  • Prepare status updates and executive-level reporting for management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and partner teams.
  • Ensure projects remain on track and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Use judgment and initiative to solve problems and drive results.
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management.
