Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality service and products.

Restaurant Operations:

  • Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Effectively schedule staff, forecast and order inventory needs, and maintain restaurant equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the restaurant's sales goals and manage inventory, cash, and other financial responsibilities as directed by the General Manager
  • Ensure compliance with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
  • Demonstrate a readiness to assist the team during busy periods or as needed, showing a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out with service, food preparation, and other day-to-day operations.

Team Leadership:

  • Participate in the recruitment and training of a diverse team to achieve and maintain high standards of operation.
  • Support team member development through cross-training and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Promote a respectful team culture, managing members with open communication and understanding. 
  • Foster a lively and fun atmosphere while motivating team members to achieve restaurant goals.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry
  • 1-3 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong math and analytical skills for managing sales goals, inventory, and cash.
  • Computer Skills: Point of Sale System, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.; additional language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
