Job description

Job Description: ProForce have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. We are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated individual. You MUST be very organized, analytical, and possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people, both internal and external. A “thinker” that enjoys enhancing processes and supporting all areas of the business working consistently to achieve efficiencies and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Operations, Office, Sales, and Field staff to help keep the business running smoothly.
Dispatch and tech scheduling.
Perform any additional administrative duties to support the company leadership team.
Work hours 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday thru Friday
Qualification Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in operations type position
Knowledge of the Low Voltage industry a plus
Ability to multitask a must
Efficiency and attention to detail
Flexibility, high energy, high values and a great a “can-do” attitude
Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities independently
PC skills such as, but not limited to, Microsoft office and QuickBooks
