We are seeking an Editorial Operations Manager to architect andĀ optimizeĀ the systems, workflows and technology that power our editorial organization.Ā 

The OpportunityĀ 

This is a strategic, cross-functional role at the intersection of editorial, product, technology,Ā dataĀ and AI-enabled workflow design.Ā 

As Editorial Operations Manager, you will build and continuously improve the operating system that enables The Drum's content teams to work faster,Ā smarterĀ and more efficiently across multiple channels and formats.Ā 

You will lead the design of scalable editorial workflows, oversee AI-assisted content processes, manage editorial infrastructure, and partner closely with editorial leadership, product, engineering, audience, commercial and events teams.Ā

  • Own and continuously improve end-to-end editorial workflows across:Ā

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in editorial operations, content operations, media operations, workflow management, productĀ operationsĀ or related roles.Ā

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ā
