General Summary
Velocity is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager. The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's HubSpot ecosystem and supporting Revenue Operations processes. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to implement operational strategies, improve business processes, and ensure Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership teams have the right tools, accurate data, efficient workflows, improved processes and actionable reporting.

This position serves as the business owner and administrator of the HubSpot platform, supporting CRM governance, automation, reporting, integrations, and operational enablement while executing the Revenue Operations strategies.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for executing initiatives that support the organization's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will reside in the Dallas, TX area. This is a hybrid role.
Primary Duties amp; Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration and GTM Systems
  • Serve as the primary administrator and day-to-day owner of the organization's HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Own the administration, optimization, and ongoing health of HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub.
  • Manage CRM configuration including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, workflows, permissions, and automation.
  • Monitor and maintain integration between HubSpot and other business systems.
  • Evaluate new HubSpot functionality and recommend system improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure HubSpot continues to scale alongside evolving business needs.
CRM Governance and Data Management
  • Maintain a trusted CRM environment that supports operational excellence and accurate reporting.
  • Implement CRM governance standards.
  • Monitor CRM data integrity across contacts, companies, deals, products, and custom objects.
  • Develop processes for deduplication, lifecycle management, and ongoing data maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Ensure CRM structure supports accurate reporting and operational visibility.
  • Maintain documentation related to CRM configuration and governance.
Workflow Automation and Process Improvement
  • Improve operational efficiency through scalable automation and process optimization.
  • Design, build, and maintain HubSpot workflows and automation.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions.
  • Identify manual processes suitable for automation.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and optimize existing automation.
  • Support implementation of approved process improvements.
  • Document workflows, system configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in Revenue Operations projects from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and user adoption.
Sales Operations and Support
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and the Director of Sales Operations to improve operational execution.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes within HubSpot.
  • Maintain sales pipeline configuration and reporting.
  • Build automation that improves seller productivity.
  • Support standardized sales reporting and dashboard development.
  • Assist with forecasting support through accurate CRM data and reporting.
  • Recommend process improvements based on system usage and operational insights.
Marketing and Customer Success Operations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to improve cross-functional processes.
  • Support CRM functionality related to lead management and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Assist with lead routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign reporting.
  • Support integrations between HubSpot and Marketing or Customer Success technologies.
  • Help improve visibility into customer lifecycle and operational metrics.
Revenue Intelligence and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reporting that enables informed operational decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Build standardized reporting across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, customer lifecycle metrics, and operational performance.
  • Improve reporting accuracy through better CRM structure and governance.
  • Provide operational insights that support business decision-making.
Revenue Operations Projects and Strategic Support
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives that improve business operations, cross-functional alignment, and organizational efficiency.
  • Support the Director of Sales Operations in executing Revenue Operations initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that improve business processes, technology adoption, and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable operational solutions.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, testing, documentation, and implementation for Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Assist with evaluating new technologies, operational processes, and business improvements as organizational needs evolve.
  • Support operational planning and execution for new business initiatives, product launches, acquisitions, organizational changes, and other strategic initiatives impacting Revenue Operations.
  • Serve as a trusted operational resource for special projects and assignments as directed by the Director of Sales Operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Support Revenue Operations initiatives across the organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and IT on Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new operational processes and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality.
  • Assist with change management through documentation, communication, training, and user support.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.
User Enablement and Adoption
  • Promote consistent adoption of HubSpot and Revenue Operations processes.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation.
  • Deliver HubSpot training and onboarding.
  • Support users through process improvements and system updates.
  • Promote CRM best practices and standardized workflows.
  • Provide ongoing support to improve adoption and system utilization.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Business Operations, or a related function.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience, with demonstrated expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub; experience with Marketing Hub is preferred.
  • HubSpot certifications in Sales Hub, Service Hub, Revenue Operations, or related areas are strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM configuration, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, workflows, automation, user permissions, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Operations principles and the end-to-end customer lifecycle across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing CRM governance, data quality, data integrity, deduplication, and lifecycle management standards.
