Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Food Operations Manager 2 to join our team supporting a high-profile client, Liberty Mutual, in Boston, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a vibrant corporate dining environment.

Predominately a M-F schedule 6:30am to 3:30pm or 4pm with very rare evenings or weekends
What You'll Do

As the #2 leader on-site, you will partner closely with the General Manager to drive daily operations and deliver an outstanding dining experience across multiple service areas.

You'll play a critical role in overseeing a multi-faceted food program, including:

  • A busy corporate cafe featuring 7 stations serving breakfast and lunch
  • Executive services supporting C-suite leaders with snacks
  • A micro-market and office coffee service (OCS) program
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations across retail, executive services, and micro-market
  • Supervise, coach, and develop a team of ~14 employees (4 FOH, 10 BOH)
  • Partner with the Retail Chef to ensure high-quality culinary execution
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and ordering (including snacks and supplies)
  • Ensure strongfinancial controls, including cash handling and cost management
  • Drivemerchandising and presentation standards in retail spaces
  • Support and collaborate oncatering events and special projects
  • Maintain a high level of client and customer satisfaction
