  • Draft and support corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and employment documentation
  • Own onboarding, orientation, and key employee lifecycle processes
  • Administer employee benefits and support employee questions
  • Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and workflow improvements
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Support strategic People initiatives and continuous improvement projects
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong California employment law knowledge
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations matters
  • Benefits administration and HR operations experience
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in HRIS platforms and improving processes through technology
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Why Join G amp; C?
  • Serve as the second-in-command within the People Department
  • Support a growing organization with 700+ employees and 60+ locations
  • Partner directly with executive leadership
  • Opportunity to shape HR processes, programs, and employee experience
  • Broad exposure across employee relations, benefits, HR operations, compliance, culture, and strategic projects
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Join a team built on accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and results
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (5 days onsite)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
If you're looking for an opportunity to expand your impact, take ownership, and help shape the future of a growing People function, we'd love to hear from you.
