Job description

Practice Manager, Sales & Operations

Employmentย Type: Full-Timeย

Compensation: $100,000 + bonusย

Serenity is hiring a Practice Manager, Sales & Operations to take full ownership of a high-volume service location - the team, the floor, the numbers, the sales pipeline, and the member experience. This is a role for someone who has already proven they can drive revenue while running a tightย operation andย is ready to do both at a higher level.ย You'llย be expected to lead visibly, hold your team accountable to performance targets, and keep the standard high even when things get complicated. If your background blends operations management withย a track recordย of hitting sales goals,ย you'llย walk in already speaking the language. No industry-specific experienceย required.ย

What You'll Be Responsible Forย

- Own the full day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location - staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output qualityย

- Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to clearly defined revenue targets and KPIsย

- Set the performance standard for your team and hold it consistently through coaching, feedback, and structured accountabilityย

- Ensure everyย memberย interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects the level of service Serenity is known for - whileย identifyingย and converting sales opportunitiesย

- Track location KPIs - sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores - and use that data to makeย realย operational and commercial decisionsย

-ย Identifyย underperformance early and address it directly, with clarity and follow-throughย

What We're Looking Forย

- 10+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated blend of operations management and sales -ย you'veย run the floor and owned a numberย

- A provenย track recordย of meeting and exceeding sales targets with the results to back it upย

-ย Demonstratedย accountability to KPIs -ย you'veย managed them, reported on them, and made decisions based on themย

- Background in hospitality, upscale retail, or premium service operations is a strong advantage - ifย you'veย run a location where member experience and revenue performance drove every decision, you already know what this job feels likeย

- You've had direct performance conversations and have the outcomes to show for themย

- Youย don'tย wait to be told something is off - you see it, own it, and fix itย

Compensation & Benefitsย

- $100,000+ annually plus bonus incentivesย

- 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverageย

- 401(k) retirement planย

- 10 PTO days to start, 15 after year one + 10 paid holidaysย

About Serenityย

Serenity is a technology-driven company that delivers advanced, evidence-based solutions for members looking for better outcomes. We run elevated, high-standard serviceย locationsย and we take the quality of that experience seriously at every level. The people who lead our locations set the tone for everything - and we look for leaders who understand that hitting the number and raising the standard are the same job. Ifย you'veย built your career running operations where cutting cornersย wasn'tย an optionย and missing targetsย wasn'tย acceptable,ย you'llย be at home here.ย

Serenity is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment is contingent upon successful completion ofย a background checkย and drug screening.ย
