An established national truck-trailer rental and leasing organization is hiring an Operations Management Trainee in Denver, CO. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an early-career professional who wants hands-on operational training, customer-facing experience, and a defined path into operations management or business-to-business sales.
The Operations Management Trainee role offers exposure to branch operations, customer account management, equipment inspections, vendor coordination, and transportation yard activity. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys a mix of outdoor operational work and office-based customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily branch operations in a transportation yard and office environment, with approximately 80 percent outdoor work and 20 percent office work.
- Assist customers with trailer rental needs, equipment options, account questions, and service-related concerns.
- Inspect trailers using handheld technology, including identifying damage, equipment issues, and repair needs.
- Manage customer account tasks, including credit support, collections assistance, and insurance verification.
- Coordinate repair assignments with vendors and trailer mechanics to help keep equipment available and rental-ready.
- Use operational systems and technology to manage inventories, equipment status, and daily branch activity.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Denver, CO 80216.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite.
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm.
- Available Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift.
