This role ensures that Paperclip is not just clever software, but a better operating model. The intern asks: Is this the process we actually want the business to run on? This role supports the company s transition to an AI-agentic operating model, where operational workflows are decomposed, documented, tested, and progressively automated through AI agents, with humans focused on oversight, escalation, and business judgment.
JOB SUMMARY:
This role ensures that the agents being built solve real operational problems and can be trusted in the field bridging business reality and agent implementation. The intern will work alongside operational leaders and transformation teams to validate that proposed automation aligns with how the business actually operates, identify high-value use cases, and support the pilot and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
