The Associate Operations Minister works with the Operations Minister to coordinate campus operations, provide support to staff and attenders, and lead a team of dream teamers that execute initiatives at their campus. They also support the Operations Minister in leading through day-to-day operations.
Your Day-to-Day
Every day looks different, but here's a snapshot of what you'll be up to:
  • Lead the Operations dream team alongside the Operations Minister to recruit, develop, and empower dream teamers so they are operating in their strengths to support campus operations and ministry needs
  • Schedule dream teamers for ministry activities such as Advance Track and Baptism
  • Assist in the collection, entry, and maintenance of member data in databases for campus, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and data integrity
  • Assist Operations Manager in the oversight of the campus budget
  • Manage campus logistics, systems, and structure that includes but is not limited to calendaring and event scheduling
  • Assist in all internal and external communications
  • Perform other church duties as assigned by the Operations Minister to help all people of all ages all the time advance in their journey with Christ
  • Supports campus staff with technical troubleshooting, system navigation and software applications
