Front-of-House Operations Leader (Leadership Position)

At Chick-fil-A, a FOH Operations Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional guest and team member experiences by leading with excellence, executing at a high level, and developing others. This role plays a critical part in driving restaurant performance, building team culture, and creating a positive, high-energy environment where people can grow.

Operations Leader Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts with a focus on food quality, fast service, and order accuracy
  • Create a welcoming and clean environment for guests and team members
  • Build relationships and develop team members through coaching and feedback
  • Maintain a positive, team-first culture through encouragement and recognition
  • Communicate clear plans and expectations to the team before and during shifts
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively
  • Ensure proper setup, staffing, and execution throughout the shift
  • Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism using effective recovery methods
  • Oversee cleanliness, stocking, and organization standards
  • Manage breaks, positioning, and team rotations effectively
  • Complete thorough shift handoffs and communicate with other leaders
  • Uphold all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and procedures

  • Leadership or hospitality experience preferred, not required
