Job description

Chick-fil-A Avalon Park is seeking Team Leaders to help support daily operations and develop future leaders.

This role is part of our leadership development pathway. While we strongly promote from within, we are also open to experienced candidates who align with our culture, values, and standards of excellence.

Team Leaders serve as examples on the floor, support team members during shifts, and help create a positive, high-performing environment for both guests and the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts by modeling excellent hospitality and operational standards
  • Support team members through coaching, encouragement, and clear communication
  • Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities
  • Help maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards
  • Step in to solve problems and support guests during busy periods
  • Partner with Directors and senior leaders to execute daily priorities
